Qualifications for Mentors

• A minimum of 15 years of mortgage or financial services industry experience.
• The ability to commit to one meeting per month for (in-person or phone call) with an assigned mentee at a mutually agreeable time.
• Willingness to openly discuss the successes and challenges of your career.
• Willingness to commit to being a mentor for six months.
